CountryMice is a local charity set up by the Witley and Milford Medical Partnership in March 2010 to support patients who are terminally ill and in need of additional ‘end of life care’. This charity is helping bridge the gap in services which are currently offered by other national providers.

 

We are supporting a night sitting service between 2000 – 0800 the following day to allow the carers to get some rest. The sitters are nurses or individuals especially trained to manage this type of care.

 

We have currently raised over £18,000 through various funding raising events which will help fund 50 nights of care a year, but we are desperately in need of more support.
